Once you have selected the correct repair service you require and have paid, you will shortly receive an email from ourselves, detailing the process with a prepaid Royal Mail label tailored to each customer, with a full tracking number. Simply apply the sticker to a protective envelope/box and take to any post office or post box. You can use the order number to track your repair by using our repair tracker function, which can be found at the bottom of the website.
